In the past 20 years,under the vigorous guidance of national policies,technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,the Internet,and sensors have achieved unprecedented development.Education informatization construction has gradually become a trend.Informatization project construction has become a topic that universities must pay attention to.In particular,the progress management in the management of informatization projects has become an indispensable need to face in the process of school construction informatization.Subject.It is precisely because the construction of informatization projects spans multiple departments and multiple disciplines.It is precisely because of this background that the project schedule management research in the construction of school information projects will be of great significance.First of all,the paper chooses "J College's information construction project" as the case study object,goes deep into the whole project management process,focuses on the key tasks in the project schedule management as the main research topic,and ensures that the project can be completed according to the project schedule through the combination of theoretical research and actual project.In this topic,the research is combined with the current rapid development of domestic information projects as the background of the times,introduces the research background and significance of this topic,and then analyzes the current situation of project management development at home and abroad,so as to formulate the research content and related research methods of this topic.Then it elaborates the relevant theoretical basis of project management and project schedule management,laying a solid theoretical foundation for this in-depth study.Secondly,expand the description of the informatization construction project of J College,briefly describe the current situation and characteristics of the project,analyze the current situation of project schedule management and the problems of project schedule management in the process of project implementation,and conclude that the project schedule management is in reality The importance of use in the project.Thirdly,according to the current situation of the project,make a scientific plan for the key tasks of the project.Starting from the overall planning of the project,the WBS method is used to decompose the second key tasks of the whole project process,effectively reducing the coupling between the minimum tasks of the system,so that the subsequent project schedule can be implemented smoothly.Then,the network diagram of each minimum task is drawn by network planning method,and the time required for each minimum task is calculated.Then,the time spent for each subsystem is further calculated,and finally the system joint commissioning time is calculated.By using WBS,PERT and network planning method,the project schedule can be effectively controlled,and the possibility of schedule deviation caused by external factors can be reduced.In addition,some reliable safeguard measures are also formulated.Finally,based on the above analysis of the key tasks of the project schedule,it reflects the importance and scientificity of the key task management in the project schedule management,which can effectively guarantee that this kind of information project will follow the project schedule without affecting the quality and cost of the project.The plan was completed on schedule.
