In recent years,the "haze" has seriously affected the people's pursuit of a better life.In order to actively promote the construction of ecological civilization and improve the living environment of the people,Tianjin actively promotes the implementation of the "coal to electricity" project in various regions.Taking Tianjin JZ area as an example,the existing grid structure of the power grid in this area cannot meet the full access of this part of the heating load,so a large number of new substations will be built,put into production and delivered in a short period of time.With such a large number of substations being constructed and put into production in a short time and centralized,the quality of engineering construction has become particularly important.Therefore,corresponding quality control measures must be taken during the construction of the substation to ensure that the initial quality target is achieved.This paper takes the construction and implementation of 110 k V substations involved in the "1001 Project" of a State Grid Tianjin electric power company as an example,starting from the research background of project characteristics and quality control characteristics,starting from the research background of project characteristics and quality control characteristics,and discussing the construction process of substations.Research the quality control measures at each stage in the process,use the directed graph of the interpretation model to find out the key points of instruction control,and then take the actual project as an example to analyze its quality control status and existing problems,and propose corresponding control strategies based on related theories,which are scientific and effective.The occurrence of control quality problems.Finally,the two-level model principle of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality control effect of the substation.The research focus of this article is to analyze the possible influencing factors in the "1001 Project" process,and propose corresponding control strategies based on related theories to scientifically and effectively control the occurrence of quality problems.It is hoped that the research in this article can be used for substations or other related projects in other regions.The electric power technological transformation project provides certain reference significance.
