| Production plan is the core link of production-oriented enterprise management.The reasonability of the production plan determines the degree of completion of the production task and the allocation of resources.However,many companies still adopt planner artificial production plan to complete production scheduling work tasks.With the development need of enterprises and coped with the impact of changing market trends,manifold,personalized and small batch of customer orders have become a normalized performance for receiving orders of production enterprises.Artificial production scheduling way has low efficiency,high error rate and cannot effectively rationalize the allocation of production resources.Combined with the enterprise production plan and operation situation of materials supply,this paper studies the production scheduling methods and effective material supply system,and realizes the efficient and feasible application information system to make it a powerful means to improve the production efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.Actual workshop production problems of certain automobile parts production enterprise are regarded as the research object of this paper.Aimed at finding the method of optimizing production scheduling and the solutions of material supply through the study for problems,the paper can realize to improve production efficiency,make utilization production resources fully and reasonably,control and save production costs,and strengthen the ability to respond to market and customer demands.Based on the actual research investigating for the enterprise backgrounds and production conditions,we comprehensively compare production plans and scheduling theory and methods combined with limited problems faced by enterprise during the process of production,and establish the optimized production scheduling mathematical model aimed at minimum remodeling cost and taking workshop production resource limitation as the constraint condition.The paper adopts genetic algorithm to solve the model and find iterative approximate optimal production scheduling results through the design of population,fitness,and genetic operators to meet the production line production schedule and order requirements.At the same time,the paper makes detailed design plan and develop a production plan and material supply system through detailed understanding for the enterprise business and needs analysis.Designs of the system will be applied to actual production of enterprises to achieve the optimal production plan and material supply system.We can master orders production schedule to ensure delivery on time through real information sharing between government departments.Simultaneously,we guarantee material supply,control and save inventory costs,and reduce manufacturing location occupancy and overstock.As for the adjustment of the production tasks,we can operate flexibly and conveniently,adjust the production task the arrangement flexibly and timely,increase tracking and feedback of production information in time,and make better coordination between government departments to reduce the production cost,which ensures that the enterprise delivery the orders on time and make production resource configuration effective and reasonable. |
