| With the rapid advance of sponge city,drainage pavement has become the focus of road construction in China.Special large pore structure makes it have good water permeable,nonslip and noise reduction effect,and in the rain can quickly drain the road area water,reduce car tires and water film contact,improve driving safety,but its more pores make asphalt large area exposed,long-term exposure to rain and ultraviolet radiation makes asphalt damage serious,which brings greater challenges to the durability of drainage surface.The use of high-stick asphalt can solve this kind of problem very well.At the same time,high-stick asphalt can also be applied to ultra-thin cover surface,high temperature heavy-duty areas and some special road sections,can effectively solve ruts,loose and other road disasters,with a wide range of applications.However,the quality of high-stick asphalt in the domestic market is uneven,China’s high-stick asphalt modifiers are mainly imported from abroad,high prices,greatly increasing the cost of road construction.In this paper,SBS modifier,petroleum resin,high-stick rubber oil,stabilizer preparation of a high-stick asphalt.Through orthosectant test,The main indicators are the viscosity and elastic recovery of the power at 60 ℃,softening point and 135℃ rotating viscosity as secondary indicators to obtain the best ratio of high-stick asphalt is 6%C5 petroleum resin +4% highstick rubber oil + 7% SBS+ 0.2% stabilizer.It has a power viscosity of 300,000 pa.s at 60 degrees C and a elastic recovery of 98%,well above international standards.And verify its adhesion,uniformity,stability,are in line with the specification requirements,low price cost,with a certain economic feasibility.And the preparation process is simple,comprehensive performance,asphalt grading to PG88-28,taking into account high and low temperature performance,in line with China’s development needs.In this paper,the market-finished Shell 70-base asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,SH-V highstick asphalt asphalt as a comparison,to verify its anti-aging performance,high temperature performance and low temperature performance.For the short-term aging test of four kinds of asphalt,the study found that: three major indicators and elastic recovery can not objectively reflect the anti-aging performance of asphalt,using the rotating viscosity aging index as an evaluation index,found that the anti-aging performance of composite high-stick high-bullet modified asphalt is the best.Dynamic shear rheumation test was carried out on four asphalts,and the high temperature resistance of asphalt was evaluated by phase angle δ,complex modality G and rutting factor G*/sinδ,and the research showed that the composite high-stick high-bullet modified asphalt had better high temperature performance,which was comparable to SH-V high-stick asphalt,and the high temperature PG grade reached PG-88.The low temperature bending beam test was carried out on four kinds of asphalt,the low temperature grading of asphalt was determined by creep strength s and creep rate m,and the low temperature performance of asphalt was evaluated by combining a single indicator of low temperature grade temperature,and the study showed that the low temperature performance of homemade high-stick asphalt was optimal,and the low temperature classification was PG-(-28).Taking into account the performance and cost of asphalt,this homemade high-stick asphalt has a wide range of applications to meet the functional needs of China’s roads in hot,cold and heavy-duty areas,and at the same time has a positive role in the promotion of drainage pavement,contributing to the construction of eco-friendly pavements. |
