Since 2012,China's urban rail transit construction has entered a new era.The number of cities building subways has surged,and the scale of subway construction has grown rapidly.However,accidents occur frequently in the process of subway construction,so the safety of subway construction has attracted great attention from all walks of life.The subway station is the most complicated node in the whole subway system.Among them,the foundation pit is the key of station construction.The foundation pit construction has the characteristics of long construction period,poor working environment and great influence by external environment.The frequent foundation pit construction accidents in subway stations have serious consequences and often cause great losses to the society.Therefore,risk management is very important in the foundation pit construction of subway station.In order to prevent the accident of station foundation pit construction,it is necessary to carry out risk analysis and evaluation research on subway station foundation pit construction,and formulate corresponding risk countermeasures according to the risk evaluation results to ensure the safety of construction.Based on the theory of project risk management,this paper studies the foundation pit construction risk management of S station of Xi 'an Metro Line 14.Firstly,combining with the risk management theory of engineering project,the paper expounds the characteristics of the construction risk of subway station foundation pit and the content and process of risk management.Secondly,the principle and process of engineering risk factor identification are introduced,and the common risk identification methods are analyzed and summarized.Based on the characteristics of the study in this paper,the risk of foundation pit construction in subway station is identified from four perspectives,including the statistics of foundation pit construction accident,literature research method,engineering practice and accident cause theory.On this basis,the risk evaluation index system of foundation pit construction in S station of Xi 'an Metro Line 14 is constructed.Then,the theoretical basis of fuzzy network analysis is expounded in detail,the applicability of fuzzynetwork analysis is illustrated by combining with the characteristics of the foundation pit construction risk of subway station,and the risk evaluation model of foundation pit construction in this paper is constructed by using the fuzzy network analysis method.Finally,taking the S station project of Xi 'an Metro Line 14 as an example,the risk assessment model of subway station foundation pit construction based on fuzzy network analysis is applied to carry out the risk assessment,and the risk management Suggestions are put forward according to the risk assessment results.This paper studies the foundation pit construction risk management of subway station,establishes the risk evaluation result and the key risk factors,which can provide the basis for the construction risk management in the actual project.At the same time,the empirical study shows the practicability of fuzzy network analysis in the risk evaluation of subway foundation pit construction,and the result of the risk evaluation has a high degree of conformity with the actual situation.The application of this method has a reference value for the risk evaluation of similar projects.
