As people explore deep space in the future,spacecraft need to be in orbit for a long time,with a large number of mission loads,high complexity,and diversified functions.In order to meet the above requirements,future spacecraft need to develop in the direction of long life,high power and intelligence.The spacecraft mainly uses a power system composed of solar cell arrays and energy storage battery packs.As an important part of the spacecraft,the power supply system provides reliable and stable electrical energy for the mission loads of the spacecraft at all stages.Whether it is a detector,a large spacecraft,an artificial satellite,etc.,power management technology is required to rationally allocate power to complete the efficient balance between electrical energy output and load power demand,improve the ability of autonomous adjustment in emergencies,and extend the service life of the spacecraft.First of all,this article starts with the output characteristics of the solar cell of the power system,the characteristics of the energy storage battery of the power system,and the hardware architecture of the power system-power regulation unit and power distribution unit,power supply and battery control strategy-MPPT algorithm and battery pack balancing technology,As well as power dispatching strategies,analysis and summary of technologies used in space power management.Secondly,based on the research of space power management technology,this article summarizes and analyzes the previous power-related algorithms and control hardware architecture,and then plans a set of space power intelligent management system,namely intelligent power distribution management,by absorbing the technology of others.Fault management,power planning and scheduling management,and the design of multiple cooperative control structures.Design a power system control board controlled by DSP+FPGA.Mainly for the power generation device and energy storage battery of the power system,as well as the voltage,current,temperature acquisition,data transmission and storage of the related load,the control of solenoid valves and motors,and the design of the host computer interface.Finally,the joint test and verification of the control board and the 3kw fuel cell system was completed.The fuel cell is the generator,the power load replaces the mission load on the spacecraft,and the hydrogen and oxygen tanks are used as storage.Finally complete the relevant function verification of the experimental control board.
