At present,with the rapid development of equipment manufacturing industry,the tools used in manufacturing and assembly of its products have become a great variety.However,traditional manual inspection and management of tools will inevitably lead to omissions and waste of human and material resources,which will bring economic losses to enterprises.Therefore,modern equipment manufacturing industry,especially the advanced equipment manufacturing industry such as aviation and aerospace,has a strong demand for intelligent automatic tools management system.Based on this actual demand,in order to solve the low efficiency of tool management,improve the company's production efficiency.This paper designs a tools management system based on RFID technology.This design combines software and hardware technology.The paper describes the application background,technical principle,overall framework design,software and hardware design of the intelligent tools management system.The upper computer is responsible for monitoring,and its monitoring software is designed and built with LabVIEW software.The lower computer system is composed of STM32F103 microcontroller and RFID system.The RFID system is responsible for signal acquisition and processing,and transmits the information to the microcontroller after processing.The single-chip microcomputer acts as the control system of the lower computer system,is responsible for data exchange with the upper computer,and gives corresponding feedback after receiving relevant instructions sent by the upper computer monitoring system.Through the combination of upper and lower computer hardware and software.Finally,the system realizes the monitoring and control function of the upper computer system to the lower computer system.At the same time,the tools management system realizes the functions of in-place monitoring,alarm of tools loss and statistics of tools usage.
