| With China’s economy entering the new normal and the authority’s new development concept.China’s power market is facing a new situation of institutional reform,energy structure adjustment,and market competition.As a high-tech R&D and service company under the Jiangsu Electric Power Company,Company A is in a new and complex situation.Under this situation,Company A must recognize the market environment;make a scientific strategy to enhance the core competitiveness to achieve the goal of sustainable and healthy development.Based on the research of domestic and foreign enterprise strategic management theory,this paper firstly analyzes the core competitiveness of Company A,then analyses the external macro environment with PEST Model.In terms of industry competition,this paper uses Five Forces Model to evaluate the market competition environment.The conclusion is Company A’s current industry competition is relatively low,but as the power market matures and the competition becomes increasingly fierce,Company A will lose its competitive advantages.Therefore,it is necessary for Company A to make a strategy that match the new situation.Based on the conclusion of SWOT Analyze,the overall strategy should be chosen:the differentiation strategy,and provide specific ideas:developing high-end technology and expanding potential business,achieving differentiation in the quality and type of service,and ultimately achieving diversified business development.This paper also addresses the problems in the three aspects of human resources,cost management and information construction,and proposed an adjustment solution to provide internal guarantee for the strategies.This paper is to propose a development strategy suitable for power technology companies in the new situation,and help power technology companies achieve strategic breakthroughs and steady growth.The research results of this paper provide important theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises engaged in power-related technology research and development,engineering services and product manufacturing. |
