Research On The Optimization Of SAIC's Financial Strategy

In recent years,with the rapid economic development,there has been fierce competition among companies.If companies want to stand out from the competition in the industry,sound strategic planning is indispensable.As the core of corporate strategy,financial strategy plays an important role in the realization of corporate strategic goals.With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standards,cars have gradually become an indispensable part of people's life,which makes the demand for cars increase rapidly.At the same time,the rapid rise of the automobile industry also makes the competition between the automobile industry increasingly fierce.In the face of industry changes and auto market adjustments,if auto companies want to achieve long-term development and gain a competitive advantage,adopting a financial strategy consistent with their corporate strategic goals is the key to determining their future development.This paper takes SAIC as the research object,firstly introduces its strategic objectives,and analyzes the status quo of the enterprise's financing strategy,investment strategy and dividend distribution strategy respectively.Secondly,it analyzes the internal and external environment of its financial strategy,and analyzes the current status of the company's financial status by adopting relevant financial indicators.,it is found that the company has greater debt repayment pressure during the rapid development process,and the company's profitability and operating capacity are insufficient,At the same time according to the financial strategy matrix further analysis of the enterprise financial strategy,found that the development of the enterprise in recent years belongs to the value-added,some years the fund shortage or surplus.Finally,based on the analysis of the previous part,we find out the deficiencies of SAIC's financing strategy,investment strategy,and dividend distribution strategy,and propose corresponding optimization suggestions: in terms of financing strategy,it can increase issuance of equity or convertible bonds,strengthen internal financing and so on;in terms of investment strategy,continue to develop joint venture brands,increase investment in independent research and development,and promote the process of internationalization;in terms of dividend distribution,consideration can be given to adopting a stock dividend distribution method.Through the financial strategy research of SAIC,it can provide some reference for other traditional auto companies in the research of financial strategy optimization.
