Development Of Building Access Control System Based On Face Recognition Technology

Access control system with the progress of science and technology,its core-identity authentication technology from the traditional key,digital password and other ways to the transition of modern biometric technology.At present,face recognition technology is favored by people because of its fast,accurate and non-contact performance.Therefore,designing for human use,this literature put forwards a residential access control system,basing on facial recognition technology.The system is composed of unit access control system and background management system,which can provide convenient and fast access environment for residents.This paper uses Nvidia's Jetson Nano development board and Sony's IMX219 HD camera as the core to design the unit access control system.Based on the 2DPCA method,this paper proposes a 2DPCA method of block bidirectional compression for face recognition.Experiments show that the algorithm has better recognition effect than the traditional face recognition algorithm in the same face data set.The algorithm is transplanted to Jetson nano development board,and the expected effect is achieved.A modified network model based on DeepID network is advocated in this literature.Contrasted with the DeepID network,the improved network added an auxiliary network and introduced a convolutional layer with a size of 1×1,which strengthened the nonlinearity of the network.Moreover,this paper uses VScode software to write a set of background management system under the framework of Vue.The improved network model is applied to the face recognition module in the management system,so that the system can screen visitors and input the personal information of visitors into the visitor management module.In addition to the above two modules,there are data center module,property office module,community operation module and visual intercom module in the background management system to provide convenience for property management personnel and residents in the community in their daily life.
