The continuous development of rail transit is helping to adjust the urban transport system.The air-conditioning units in subway stations can not only provide better service for passengers,but also play the role of ventilation and evacuation in disaster mode,It is an important part of the subway equipment facilities.The construction of bearing fault monitoring system of air-conditioning unit is helpful to improve the efficiency of fault monitoring.When the air-conditioning unit fails,it can monitor the position of the failure in time,and shorten the time of fault checking,to help the equipment maintenance staff to deal with the failure in time,thus avoiding the air conditioning unit bearing failure led to the decline of train service quality and even caused the fire situation.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a bearing fault monitoring system for air-conditioning units in Metro,which will help to establish a more scientific working coordination mechanism and form a set of transportation system to meet the requirements of the development of market economy.At the same time,through the establishment of air conditioning unit bearing fault monitoring system,it provides a reference basis for the future intelligent development of subway equipment maintenance and big data analysis,and expands the idea of equipment pipeline.This paper discusses the development of monitoring system for bearing fault of air conditioning unit in subway.Firstly,the common faults of air conditioning unit are counted.Combined with the actual failure rate of subway,the frequency and harm of bearing failure of air conditioning unit in subway industry are explored.Secondly,the root cause of bearing failure of air conditioning unit is analyzed,and the influence of vibration factor on bearing fault is analyzed.At the same time,the development of various detection technologies for bearing fault and the advantages and disadvantages in the use process are investigated,and finally the direction of monitoring system construction is confirmed.Through the introduction of the existing software and hardware equipment and platform of metro,the transmission construction and data processing scheme of bearing vibration hardware equipment are clarified,that is,sensors are installed on the bearing of air conditioning unit to collect its vibration information,and the remote I/O module and PLC controller of existing bas are used to collect,analyze and process the information,and the integrated monitoring system is used to transmit the data to the station level In the central monitoring system,by compiling the database in the server and adding the definition of the workstation elements,the subway dispatcher can master the operation status of the air conditioning unit in real time,and make corresponding countermeasures,and can send out the equipment shutdown command when necessary to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.Finally,using the existing module analysis technology of the integrated monitoring system,through the analysis of the current status of air conditioning unit bearing fault monitoring,the existing problems in the whole process are explored,and the characteristics of the fault waveform are analyzed combined with the computer signal processing,the corresponding fault basis is proposed,and the non-linear fault transient value to fault distance is realized by wavelet analysis To further verify the rationality and accuracy of the monitoring system.According to the results of verification,the monitoring method is further improved,and more and more comprehensive solutions are put forward to the basic fault monitoring through optimization,which provides the basis for the follow-up modification and expansion.Through the research of this paper,the real-time monitoring system of bearing failure of subway air-conditioning unit is successfully built,which effectively strengthens the stability of equipment operation,improves the vitality and competitiveness of the industry,and provides a reference direction for future research on monitoring technology and methods of subway equipment.At present,the monitoring system has been gradually applied to the actual production of the follow-up lines,which has brought convenience to the first-line production work,and saved the operation cost,with good practicability and popularization.
