Development Of Air Conditioning Controller Maintenance Software APP Based On Android In Rail Transit Industry

Rail transit is a key industry in China.In recent years,with the rapid development,the demand for rail air conditioning has increased a lot,but the research and development of air conditioning maintenance tools is very slow.Although the traditional air-conditioning maintenance tools have many functions,they also have many limitations.On-site maintenance personnel need to be equipped with computers or special instruments,and the maintenance cost is relatively high.For these reasons,this thesis develops an air conditioning controller maintenance APP for rail transit industry,which has the function of traditional air conditioning maintenance tools.It does not need to carry computers and bulky instruments,but only needs an Android mobile phone to monitor the air conditioning controller.In the current Internet era,mobile communication is developing rapidly.Android mobile phones are inseparable from people's lives.Almost everyone has one,so they don't need to buy another.From this point of view,maintenance costs are also saved.Firstly,the related technologies,data persistence technology,network technology and multithreading programming used in developing Android APP are introduced in detail.Secondly,the WIFI module used in the design of this article is introduced in detail.The process of distribution network is also described in detail.Thirdly,the functions of the software are divided into modules and analyzed in detail.Then,it introduces how to build the development environment and architecture design related content,specifically introduces the implementation method and process of each functional module,and makes a detailed description of the design method and process of data interface.Finally,the functions of the system are tested to ensure the correctness and stability of the system operation results.The test results show that the maintenance APP of the air conditioning controller designed in this thesis can communicate with the air conditioning controller stably,and the operation interface is friendly,which can meet the maintenance requirements of the air conditioning controller.
