The electric power industry is the lifeblood of China's energy.As a part of the electric power industry,electric power construction enterprises have made outstanding contributions to China's electric power construction.However,with the promotion of market-oriented reform in China's power industry,the balance between power grid enterprises and power construction enterprises has been gradually broken,which made the power construction enterprises be immersed in fierce market competition.On the one hand,power construction enterprises were used to relying on power grid companies for a long time,so they had no opportunity to bear the pressure from the market,which led to their low sense of anxiety and lack of effective control measures on costs.Once they were suddenly launched into the market,it is conceivable that they faced heavily cost pressure.On the other hand,the power construction project costs are complicated,and the construction time is long,so the large amount of cost data generated in the construction process is a burden for enterprises.How to save and use these data more reasonably has become an urgent problem for power construction enterprises,which also prompts them to use big data technology to improve their cost control.With the support of big data technology,enterprises can dig out more valuable information from the saved massive cost data to use,so as to improve the efficiency and effect of construction project cost control.Based on the above background,this thesis studies how to apply the big data technology to the cost control optimization of power construction enterprises by using the methods of literature research,case analysis and field investigation.This thesis is divided into the following five parts:the first part introduces the background and research significance of this thesis,and reviews the literature on the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad;The second part defines the concepts of big data and project cost control and expounds the theoretical basis of cost control and data sharing.The third part combines case enterprise HY the company's operating scale,cost structure and cost characteristics,describes the status on the enterprise cost control,discovery and summarizes the problems.Then,through the analysis find out that the cause of the problem for the enterprise cost control is lack of systematic management and ignores the importance about internal and external costs reasonable use;The fourth part,based on large data technology,aiming at the existing defects,recommends HY company using large data to set up a complete,system framework of cost control,and with the aid of technology of data,improving the timeliness,accuracy and validity of internal cost data strengthens the effect of cost control and set up the supplier database and database in the same industry at the same time,by using data analysis and data mining technology,to find the key to optimize enterprise cost control from the external information.Finally,in the fifth part,it makes a further summary about the conclusion and the shortcomings of this thesis.
