Jinan Sponge Engineering Construction And Research

Since the reform and opening-up,Accompanied by the continuous and efficient development of the social economy and the acceleration of China’s urbanization,the problems caused by heavy rains and floods,water shortages,and serious pollution have become increasingly obvious,besides,the contradiction between the ecological environment has gradually increased.The research and implementation of the "sponge city" theory can effectively alleviate the occurrence of these disasters and solve these problems from the root.The "sponge city" as a new construction model to solve the problem of urban water resource management and utilization has been rapidly promoted throughout the country."Sponge City" relies on new urban storms and floods management concepts such as low-impact development technology and comprehensive best management measures,and through urban planning and engineering measures to improve the city’s ability to respond to floods,pollution and other disasters,and achieve harmony between urban development and the ecological environment Situation.Through recent decades of research,the theory of low-impact development has become increasingly mature abroad,while the theory of sponge city based on the theory of low-impact development emerged late in China,and the implementation time is short.Problems that arise are also being discussed and repaired.Therefore,the pilot implementation and experience summary of the "sponge city" project are of great significance.Based on the existing research results,this article takes the sponge city project in the Yuxiu River Basin of Jinan City as the research content,uses the sponge city theory,and adopts various analysis methods such as field survey method,document research method,and comparative analysis method.Starting from the actual situation of the project,introducing applied technology,summing up relevant experience,finding problems in the construction process,and putting forward construction opinions from its own point to promote the development of Jinan sponge city.This article is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 explains the background value and significance of sponge city construction,and discusses the domestic and foreign research reviews,technical routes,and research methods of sponge cities.Chapter 2 analyzes the existing problems with the water resources of Jinan City,the necessity and goal of the application of the "sponge city" theory are put forward,and the significance of the construction of the "sponge project" in Jinan is summarized.Chapter 3 introduces the experience of sponge city construction in the Yuxiu River Basin of Jinan City,showing the results of the sponge project transformation of Jinan University Project,Jida Road No.1 Yard,Tibet Middle School,etc,and summarizing the urban environment of Jinan City after the sponge city variety.Chapter 4 summarizes the achievements and changes of Jinan construction after the sponge city reconstruction.Chapter 5 puts forward its own suggestions in three aspects: sponge city system and technology research,Strengthening technological innovation and upgrading technological level,and fund management based on the summarized problems.Since the state implemented the "sponge city" construction system in 2015 and identified the first batch of national sponge city construction pilot cities,the exploration of sponge city construction has been launched in major cities across the country.As the capital city of Shandong Province,Jinan is also the first city to be selected as the "sponge city" pilot.Research on the "sponge city" theory plays an important role in the development of its own city and the application of the national theoretical system.This article systematically expounds and analyzes the status of sponge city construction in Jinan,studies the technology applied in sponge city construction,summarizes the problems that arise,and draws on the successful experience of sponge cities at home and abroad,and puts forward practical and feasible suggestions,hoping to contribute to the construction and development of sponge cities in our country.
