In our country since 2015,sponge city is a comprehensive construction measures in solving outstanding problems of the city’s flood control and waterlogging,water resources shortage and water environment pollution.Its core is low impact development,with the emphasis on the runoff control.In our country,the core aims of low impact development measures is to control of the total runoff volume,reduce peak flow,remove pollutants,etc.This research study the part of the problems in view of the conventional design and evaluation methods,which is not considering the influence of soil infiltration rate,the effect of combination of different measures,high monitoring cost,etc.Taking second-phase residential of Lin Tang in Chenggong of Kunming as the study area,and then use SWMM model to simulate normal development pattern and low impact development pattern of existing design method under different return period rainfall,and analyze the effect of low development measures of hydrology and water quality.To modify the existing design method,we need according to local conditions to decorate the low impact development measures to adjust the size of the low impact development measures.The results show that the existing design method can effectively control runoff,collect rainwater,reduce pollutant load,and Improved design method can not only reach hydrology and water quality benefits,but also reduce the size of the low impact development measures.In addition,this paper analyzes the results of different sunken rate and processing rate to study the sunken green space of the relationship between the scale of sunken green space and the benefit of hydrology and water quality.
