Research On The Development Strategy Management Of Toyota Automobile Financial Leasing

With the acceleration of market globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition,automobile financial leasing comes into being.As the leading enterprise of automobile finance lease,Toyota automobile finance lease also faces great challenges.The development of automobile finance lease in China is relatively late and slow.It has been 30 years since the birth of domestic automobile finance lease in 1989,but its development momentum is still behind that of western developed countries.In recent years,the development of financial leasing in China is still in its infancy.However,as the supervision of financial leasing is transferred from the Ministry of Commerce to the circ,the development of financial leasing is bound to be more formal and rapid.This paper studies the development strategy of Toyota automobile finance lease.It is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper,briefly describes the development status of financial leasing in China,and describes the research content,research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter expounds the theory of strategic management.The relevant strategic analysis tools are also introduced.The third chapter makes a brief introduction to Toyota automobile finance lease company and analyzes the strategic environment of Toyota automobile finance lease company through data search and enterprise research.In chapter 4,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by the company.According to this analysis,the choice of development strategy is obtained,and the problems existing in the implementation of strategy are expounded.Chapter v Toyota auto financing lease company strategic problems that exist in the detailed advice,expecting the icing on the cake,continue to be auto financing lease of leading enterprises.Chapter six summarizes the thesis and prospects the development of automobile finance lease.Through reading and studying relevant literature and materials,this paper combines the specific situation of the development strategy of Toyota automobile finance lease.Analyze the development of financial leasing;Through the strategic environment analysis and SWOT analysis of Toyota auto financing company,the paper analyzes its strategy selection.It is expected that other domestic financial leasing companies can learn from it and make in-depth exploration in theory,which can provide guidance for the future development of auto financial leasing.
