| The project cost consultation is an indispensable and important link in the construction of the project.The project cost consultation can provide the feasible and scientific decision-making service for the project,thus improving the benefit of the construction project,through the improvement of investment plan to improve investment efficiency,complete the project construction in accordance with the law.In addition,the cost of construction projects can be effectively controlled,the risks of construction projects can be reduced,and the sustainable development of the economy and society can be realized.With the continuous development of the construction industry in society,high-quality cost consultation has become an inevitable trend in the development of the industry,however,at present,China's project cost consulting faces such problems as single business,lagging cost software,lack of effective information management,and BIM technology can,theoretically,effectively improve the working efficiency of cost consulting,the Characteristics of parameterization and visualization can break the barriers of horizontal and vertical information sharing and coordination in construction cost management,and make the project investment management in real-time,dynamic and accurate analysis and supervision.Based on the analysis of the current cost situation in China,this paper studies the application value and advantages of BIM technology in project cost consultation.Aiming at the obstacle of BIM technology in engineering cost consultation in our country,this paper studies and analyzes 21 factors that influence BIM technology in engineering cost consultation,then,21 influencing factors were scored by questionnaire survey,16 influencing factors were obtained by factor analysis,and finally,the factors were analyzed by DEMATEL model.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the development of BIM technology in engineering cost consultation in the future. |
