For an enterprise,the enterprise strategy is from the perspective of foresight and systematicness.The plan made for the future resource allocation and utilization of the enterprise,and the appropriate strategic choice is directly related to the market competitive position of the enterprise.The development of photovoltaic industry in recent years can be said to be a hundred flowers blossoming,LONGI and ZHONGHUAN SOLAR Occupy the leading edge of solar wafer manufacturing,TONGWEI GROUP and AIKO SOLAR by virtue of scale,cost advantage far ahead of other solar cell manufacturers,Jinko Solar,Canadian Solar and other enterprises which in the downstream component link have advanced layout and prominent competitive advantages.Products are the core of the competition of photovoltaic manufacturing industry.The accelerated iteration of photovoltaic technology brings continuous innovation of products.The competitive advantage of products has gradually become the main problem restricting the future development.Especially in the current situation in which industry oligopoly to accelerate the layout of the product market,race to roll out large Photovoltaic silicon wafer wafers,solar cells and Photovoltaic modules.Industry competition is increasingly prominent,and products have become the main problem restricting the future development of enterprises.Based on this,taking the actual situation of SP company as an example,this paper studies and formulates the enterprise product competition strategy in order to improve the enterprise competitiveness of the company.Based on the theoretical research on strategic management and the research on the development status of photovoltaic industry,this paper proposes the product competition strategy suitable for the development of SP company.Firstly,it introduces the theory of enterprise strategic management,competitive strategic management and product competitive strategy in detail.Secondly,the analysis tool is used to analyze and study the current product status of SP company to find out the major problems and the causes of existing problems.Through the analysis of macro environment and internal environment,clarified the competitive environment that SP company faced to.Through the above research,propose the product competition strategy,including product development strategy,product brand strategy,product positioning strategy and product marketing strategy,which can promote the overall competitiveness of SP company.Finally,in order to ensure the effectiveness of strategy formulation,puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of product competition strategy.This paper is based on the theory of strategic management,through analyzesthe current situation in detail and problems of SP company's products,studies and develops its product competition strategy,which has certain practical value for SP company to improve its competitiveness.
