As my country's comprehensive strength continues to increase,the domestic market demand can no longer meet the rapid development of large Chinese companies,so they have begun to turn their attention to the international market.At present,the internationally used project contracting model is the EPC model,which has the characteristics of long construction time,large scale and fixed contract amount.In addition to the risks of conventional models such as lack of experience and cultural differences,domestic general contractors also face contracts The diversity of subjects and payment methods,the ever-changing international environment,the differences in engineering construction standards,and other more and greater risks,and how to effectively manage and control has become a major problem facing us.Therefore,the importance of systematically studying the risk management issues in the implementation of overseas EPC projects is self-evident.This article mainly adopts the expert survey method,expert scoring method and AHP,from the perspective of the project general contractor,to conduct detailed analysis and research on overseas EPC projects to form a solution that can be used for practical reference.First,briefly explain the background and significance of the topic selection,collect the existing domestic and foreign theories,analyze the weak links,and put forward the research framework,the content of the research and the method used,and discuss the innovations and deficiencies of the paper;second,Discuss the relevant theories of overseas EPC project risk management,and sort out the risk management process and analysis methods.Combined with the completed EPC general contracting project of Kenya Power Transmission and Transformation Company D,the risks are divided into two categories: external risks and internal risks.The expert survey method is used for risk identification,and the analytic hierarchy process is supplemented by the expert scoring method for risk assessment.The most sensitive influencing factors,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,provide a certain reference and reference for D company's future overseas EPC project risk management.
