| Electric power industry plays an important role in social and economic development.The development of electric power industry promotes the development of economy and society to a large extent.However,the energy consumption and environmental problems in the operation process of thermal power plants have been accompanied.The energy conservation and environmental protection problems in the production process of thermal power plants have been widely concerned.Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler technology is a kind of clean coal-fired technology widely used in thermal power plants.In order to further expand the application of circulating fluidized bed boiler technology,the demonstration and Research on its economy and environmental protection in the application of circulating fluidized bed boiler technology has been continuing.Based on this,this paper analyzes the control of CFB combustion system from the point of view of bed temperature control.In this paper,the following problems are analyzed: firstly,the working principle of CFB is analyzed,and the object of CFB bed temperature control and thermal parameter control are analyzed,which is helpful to select the data suitable for identifying the object model of coal feeding quantity and bed temperature,primary air volume and bed temperature from the field operation data;secondly,PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm)is used The principle,process and parameter setting of CFB are analyzed,and the control problems of thermal system are analyzed from the aspects of modeling principle,modeling method,building model and model identification.Based on the analysis of CFB bed temperature control object and thermal control model,the CFB bed temperature control model is established again,and the next coal supply and bed under 100% load and 60% load are analyzed The results of temperature identification are analyzed,and the results of primary air supply and bed temperature identification under 100% load and 60% load are also analyzed.Because of the fluctuation of the object model in the combustion system under different operating conditions,in order to understand the characteristics of the object and carry out high-level control,it isnecessary to establish the corresponding model for different operating conditions.In this study,the transfer function models of coal supply and bed temperature,primary air volume and bed temperature are established under 100% and 60% conditions respectively.The simulation results show that the two function models have reference value for improving the control effect. |
