With the development of economy and the reform of electric power,the power grid is becoming more and more intelligent.The crucial basis of smart grid is the accuracy of power metering.At present,not only the power company pays attention to the development of energy metering technology,but also electricity users,large factories and enterprises also attach great importance to their development.And all parties are protected by its accuracy,reliability and fairness.The traditional metering device has some problems in system reliability,electricity-stealing prevention and accuracy.In order to solve the above problems,a new type of integrated high-voltage metering device based on the research status at home and abroad is designed for 10 KV distribution network.In order to collect voltage signal,we design voltage divider circuit.It uses low-power current sensor to collect current signals.The paper adopts principle of Faraday cage to make meter circuit working at high-voltage level and it has a very good anti stealing function.It uses the ADE7755 which is professional metering chip as the core of the measurement unit and it has advantages in terms of operation and accuracy.Besides,STM32 as the main control CPU reduces the measurement error.Finally,we perform PCB by using Altium Designer 10.0(AD10).After the hardware design is completed,we use modular programming ideas and structured design ideas to implement software design.The purpose of this is to ensure the stable operation of the system in order to coordinate the various hardware modules,and to achieve the desired function.The integrated development environment of the software design adopts the IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM,and the programming design adopts the C language.This software design contains the main program and the various subroutines.This design method facilitates the transplantation of subsequent procedures,system upgrades,and overhaul and maintenance.It improves the readability of the program,facilitates error checking,and improves the efficiency of software design work.In this paper,the accuracy test and field test of the high voltage metering device are carried out referring to the GB/T17883-1999 "0.2S class and 0.5S class static AC watt hour meter".The experimental results show that the performance of the device has reached 0.2 S accuracy requirements.It meets the requirements of the current smart grid on the accuracy of the electric energy metering device,which is of great significance to the development of electric energy metering.
