With the rapid economic development, the number of manufacturing enterprises in China has exploded, the power consumption of manufacturing enterprises has been increasing, and the contradiction between power supply and the demand of manufacturing enterprises is growing.Urban energy, environment, power supply and users are under tremendous pressure, which to the power of energy saving the development of new issues and new challenges. If manufacturing enterprises want to save costs and sustainable development, how to optimize the energy allocation and saving energy consumption as the most important way to reduce energy consumption.Air compressor as a manufacturing enterprise in the application of a wide range of equipment. In order to reduce the production cost of manufacturing enterprises,it is necessary to optimize and adjust the production process with energy saving potential due to the intense competition in the manufacturing enterprises and the tight supply of energy. In this paper, the energy system of the existing air compressor in-depth analysis, first of all, access to a large number of relevant information on the air compressor energy system has a comprehensive understanding, and then sample the company's air compressor system energy consumption data analysis. The current system is not enough in operation, from the study of the compressed air pressure reduction, air compressor leak detection and air compressor station automatic control of the impact of energy consumption, the proposed air compressor system energy management monitoring system, centralized control of air pressure station system, constant pressure control system to reduce the pressure loss of compressed air delivery, improve air compressor station ventilation capacity, increase air compressor station inlet and reduce the air compressor outlet air temperature and other programs for energy-saving emission reduction,so as to achieve saving resources, protecting the environment and improving the utilization of electric energy. In recent years,DSM has been paid more and more attention in our country and the country has implemented DSM by formulating a series of policies. At present, the implementation and development of DSM in China is still at the initial stage, and demand response is one of the solutions to the demand side management. In ensuring the stable operation of power grid, inhibit the rise in electricity prices has an important role.Manufacturing enterprises in response to the call of the national energy saving, can make demand response plans for optimal allocation of power energy,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of electricity. In this paper,a lot of domestic and foreign literatures are firstly introduced, and the background and significance of DSM implementation are introduced. On the basis of previous research, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research on demand response, and then analyzes the current situation of electricity demand in China.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the energy consumption data.Statistical models were used to construct the theoretical model.Linear regression was used to study the energy consumption data of air conditioning systems in manufacturing plants. It was found that reducing the air conditioning temperature Energy consumption, the paper puts forward the energy demand response strategy for the air conditioning system, and saves the enterprise electricity energy. This article through to the manufacturing enterprise energy systems hollow press system and energy consumption of air conditioning system theory and the analysis of the data, saving energy and reducing consumption for manufacturing factory to provide some reference opinions and suggestions,so as to realize the purpose of improve the efficiency of energy utilization and energy allocation optimization.
