As an efficient and precise mechanical transmission part,ball screw pair is widely used in CNC machine tools,automatic production lines and other precision mechanical equipment.In recent years,the gap of ball screw pair between China’s and foreign has gradually narrowed,but the product performance and other aspects need to be improved.In order to further improve the surface processing quality of domestic ball screw,the topic around the grinding method of ball screw and its impact on the performance of the test carried out the following aspects of work:Firstly,the grinding process of ball screw was theoretically analyzed,and the force of single abrasive grain in the grinding process was analyzed,and the material removal model of ball screw pair grinding process is deduced.Aiming at the circular grinding theory,a new ball screw grinding device is proposed.Second,the ball screw raceway grinding process parameters are optimized,orthogonal test was designed according to the four main technical parameters of the leadscrew grinding grinding force,screw speed,grinding paste,particle size and milling time,and the poor analysis and single factor analysis are used respectively to analyze the influence degree of various factors on the grinding process size and influence law,at the same time,a set of optimal grinding process parameters are determined,which provides guidance for the selection of grinding process and process parameters in the future.Then experimental studies on the influence of lead screw grinding on the main performance was carried out,the design of hardware and software of ball screw friction torque measurement system was completed,in view of the grinding screw raceway surface after the friction torque measurement test,and analyses the influence of grinding ball screw friction moment.At the same time,the effects of grinding of ball screw pair of noise test research was carried out,the noise measurement system was designed,and the noise measurement experiment is carried out on the surface of the grinding lead screw raceway.Then the influence of the surface ripple of the raceway on the noise performance of the lead screw was further analyzed.The cause of the surface ripple and the method of reducing it were given.Finally,from the analysis on wear three stages of screw the wear regularity of ball screw pair,the related accuracy stable precision indexes and measurement method was introduced,the design of hardware and software system are given,then the grinding ball screw pair before and after grinding accuracy stable measurement tests have been carried out respectively,and the analysis of the effect of grinding on screw accuracy stable.
