Disc tool magazines and tool change manipulators are an important part of the tool magazine system.The overall performance of the tool magazine not only decreases with load changes and the number of uses increases,but is also closely related to the reliability of the parts constituting the tool magazine itself.This article is funded by the national major science and technology project "High-end CNC Machine Tool and Basic Manufacturing Equipment" project "Numerical Control Machine Tool Key Functional Components Reliability Growth Project" to study the reliability of key and important parts of the disc tool magazine and its quality control technology,and explore The decay law of the performance of the tool magazine itself with the increase in the number of reliability tests provides a basis for improving the reliability of the tool magazine.The full paper has achieved the following results:(1)The structure reliability design of the disc tool magazine tool arm is carried out.According to the structural characteristics of the tool arm of the disc tool magazine,the three-dimensional model is established,and the force and load conditions at each working stage are determined.The stress and strain conditions of the tool arm during work are analyzed through the stress simulation software,and the analysis results are carried out.Reliability design of the knife arm.(2)The accuracy and reliability design of the disc tool magazine tool arm is carried out.Firstly,determine the relative positions of the tool holder,ATC output shaft and spindle when the tool arm is holding the tool,then study the accuracy deviation of the three,and finally combine the accuracy and position relationship of the three to design the accuracy and reliability of the tool arm,To determine the upper and lower limits of its accuracy deviation,which provides a reference tolerance for the adjustment of the tool arm size.(3)Applied Cpk technology to control and evaluate the quality of the knife arm produced by a company.First,determine the key processes and process parameters that affect the performance of the tool arm,and collect the process parameter data of the tool arm in a company,further calculate the process capability index of each process and draw the control chart corresponding to each process,and finally focus on the calculation results The process capability and process stability of each process of the tool arm were judged,and suggestions for improvement were put forward.(4)One million times of tool change tests of the disc tool magazine were carried out on the site of a company,and a comprehensive evaluation of the reliability of the tool magazine was carried out.Based on a reliability test bench built on the site of a certain company,the tool change accuracy,tool magazine and spindle vibration,motor current and air pressure were monitored.After obtaining a large amount of reliability test data,analyze the performance degradation of the tool magazine.Finally,the reliability of the disc tool magazine is evaluated based on the failures generated during the test.
