With the development and utilization of phosphate mineral resources,the resources are decreasing,especially the high quality phosphate mineral resources are becoming less and less.Yunnan is rich in phosphate mineral resources.Some areas adopt the method of mining rich and discarding poor for mining.Causing serious waste of resources.And make the rest of the poor quality of phosphate ore difficult to separate.This paper is mainly based on the difficulty of magnesium removal in the process of phosphate ore dressing in Anning area of Yunnan province,and the high magnesium content of the concentrate is difficult to meet the next production demand.In order to reduce the magnesium content in the concentrate,without changing the existing production process of the concentrator,A new collector is used to replace the collector used in Anning concentrator,to improve the production index of the concentrator.Chemical element analysis of the original ore sample,The P2O5 content of the original ore sample is about 22%,Mg O content is about 5.7%,Ca O content is about 38%,Al2O3 content is about 1%,Fe2O3 content is about 1%.Through a single factor comparison test,CF823 was selected as a new collector from CF series collectors produced by Arr Maz,through one stage rougher flotation,one stage scavenging and one stage cleaning.The content of P2O5 is higher than 29%,Phosphorus concentrate with Mg O content less than 0.9%,It shows that CF823 collector is effective to replace JKD collector,the amount of CF823 collector was 700 g/t,while that of JKD was 800 g/t,Not only the amount of collector is reduced,but also the flotation effect is improved.The optimum flotation fineness of Anning Phosphate Mine in Yunnan Province is-0.074mm and the content is about83%,The optimal flotation p H value is about 4.6,It is most appropriate to control the concentration of flotation roughing at about 33%,The stage rougher flotation time of about five minutes is more appropriate.Finally,the selected new collector cf823 and JKD are tested for industrial comparison,It can be concluded that under the condition of basically the same nature of raw ore,CF823 as flotation collector,The final concentrate contains 29.82%P2O5 and 0.83%Mg O.And after using JKD flotation,The Mg O content in the concentrate is 0.99%,which can not meet the requirement that the Mg O content required by the concentrator is lower than 0.9%.So using CF823 instead of JKD as collector can meet the requirements of concentrate index in concentrator.Through this experiment,yunnan Anning phosphate ore concentrator has selected the collector CF823 produced by Arr Maz to replace the original collector JKD,in order to improve the production index of the concentrator and improve the economic benefit of the concentrator.
