| From the macro level,medicine is an essential weapon in the fight against diseases.From the macro level,medicine is an essential weapon in the fight against diseases.The outbreak of the epidemic in 2020 has attracted much attention from many pharmaceutical enterprises,which has also indirectly accelerated the development of the pharmaceutical industry.The combination of consumption attribute and science and technology attribute makes the pharmaceutical industry become a long-term bull industry.In order to enter the capital market to broaden their financing channels,the competition in the pharmaceutical industry is becoming increasingly fierce.And the high threshold of IPO makes many enterprises shy away,so this way of backdoor listing has attracted the attention of many enterprises.In 2015 and 2016,47 and 19 enterprises started backdoor.Aosaikang mainly focuses on independent research and development.As early as 1999,Aosaikang launched the first domestically made proton pump inhibitor injection,abbreviated PPI.As a leading producer of PPI injections,its position in the pharmaceutical industry can be imagined.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the changes of financial performance of Aosaikang before and after backdoor to judge whether backdoor has brought good development to it,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve its financial performance.This paper first reviewed literatures about backdoor listing and financial performance of domestic and foreign scholars,and sorted out the backdoor process of Osecan based on the theoretical concepts related to the two.After sorting out the backdoor process,the internal and external motivations of Aosaikang to backdoor were summarized.In this paper,when evaluating the financial performance of Aosaikang’s six years of data,the financial index analysis method was first used to compare the financial indicators of the three years after the backdoor with those of the three years before the backdoor,and analyze the three dimensions of solvency,profitability and operation capacity.On this basis,the index system is established,and the ranking of 78 enterprises selected by Aosaikang in the same industry is obtained by factor analysis method.The influence of backdoor on its performance can be seen more intuitively from the ranking changes before and after backdoor.Finally,combined with the performance analysis part,in order to further improve the financial performance of Aosaikang,proposed to improve the sales strategy,increase research and development efforts and other countermeasures. |
