Case Study On The Finacial Performance Of HLT's Backdoor Listing

In recent years,China's electronic and communication manufacturing industry has developed rapidly,and the electronic product upgrading speed is fast.2019 is a milestone year for the electronic and communication manufacturing industry.The industry as a whole is at a critical moment,and it is realizing the transformation from 4G era to 5G era.The industry competition is intensified.In the face of such fierce industry competition,how to choose the right way going public has become a problem for many enterprises.In this paper,HLT's backdoor listing is selected as a case study to study the financial performance of its backdoor listing,hoping to provide a reference for companies in the same industry who want to list through backdoor.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance of the paper,then describes the research status at home and abroad by combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,then explains the research content and research methods of this paper,and finally describes the innovation of the paper.The second part is the case description.Firstly,it introduces the trading parties of backdoor listing,then analyzes the motivation of backdoor listing and backdoor listing from the perspective of both parties,and finally combs the whole process of backdoor listing.The third part is case analysis.Firstly,it introduces the relevant theoretical basis,and then expounds the financial performance analysis method.Finally,it mainly analyzes the financial performance of HLT's backdoor listing.On the one hand,it uses event research method to analyze its short-term financial performance.The analysis results show that backdoor listing causes HLT to generate cumulative excess earnings and brings short-term financial performance to the enterprise On the other hand,using the method of financial index analysis to analyze the long-term financial performance of HLT's backdoor listing.The results show that backdoor listing brings economic benefits to enterprises,but the performance of individual financial indexes needs to be strengthened.The fourth part is suggestions and enlightenment,mainly for the future development of HLT to provide some suggestions.The last part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the content of this paper and draws the corresponding conclusion.
