In this paper,TEMPO/Na Cl O/Na Br system oxidation and acrylic acid grafting initiated by cerium ammonium nitrate were used to conduct anionic modification of cotton fabrics,firstly.The influence of two modification methods and the amount of modifier on the degree of modification of cotton fabric was investigated,and the influence of the degree of modification on the hydrophilicity,strength and whiteness of cotton fabric was tested.The experimental results show that the carboxyl content on the fabric increases with the increase of Na Cl O dosage,the strength and whiteness of the fabric decrease with the increase of modification degree,and the hydrophilicity of the fabric increases with the increase of modification degree under TEMPO/Na Cl O/ Na Br oxidation condition.Under the condition of acrylic acid grafting induced by cerium ammonium nitrate,the carboxyl group content on the fabric increase with the increase of acrylic acid content,the strength and whiteness of the fabric decrease with the increase of modification degree,and the hydrophilicity of the fabric increase with the increase of modification degree.Then,nano-silver and polyaniline were synthesized in situ on the fabric modified by two kinds of anions,and the effects of different modifiers and the degree of modification on the quantity of nano-silver and polyaniline were investigated.The anti-ultraviolet,antibacterial and electric properties of synthetic silver and polyaniline on the fabric were also tested.The experiment shows that TEMPO-modified cotton fabric can increase the amount of silver nanoparticles synthesized.The amount of silver nanoparticles increased first and then decreased with the increase of modification degree.When th0000 e amount of sodium hypochlorite was about 3mmol/g cellulose,the most amount of silver nanoparticles was synthesized on the fabric.TEMPO modification did not promote the synthesis of polyaniline on cotton fabrics.Nano silver synthesized on TEMPO modified fabric has excellent anti-ultraviolet and anti-bacterial properties,and the electrical conductivity of the fabric is also improved.Graft modification of acrylic acid can increase the amount of polyaniline synthesis on cotton fabric.The amount of polyaniline increased first and then decreased with the increase of modification degree.When the amount of acrylic acid was about 2mol/L,the most amount of polyaniline was synthesized on the fabric.Acrylic acid grafting did not promote the synthesis of silver nanoparticles on fabrics.The synthetic polyaniline grafted with acrylic acid has good ultraviolet resistance and antibacterial properties,and the electrical conductivity of the fabric is also improved.
