The production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises is affected by workshop scheduling.With the development of modern manufacturing industry,it must ensure efficient and stable operation to improve its commercial status.Therefore,in order to further improve enterprise profits,reasonable scheduling is the key factor.The traditional shop floor scheduling method is not suitable to solve the current scheduling problem.Seeking and designing workshop scheduling models and solutions that are more suitable for the production situation of the enterprise,so as to better guide the production of the enterprise,The paper takes the machining workshop of Petrochina SGZB Center as the background and makes scheduling optimization according to the production status of enterprises.Therefore,this study has important theoretical and practical significance.In solving the actual production shop scheduling problem,multiple optimization goals and actual production constraints often need to be considered.the relationship between the optimization objectives is often contradictory,how to reasonably solve the contradiction to find a better solution is the purpose of the multi-objective optimization problem.According to the center of Petrochina SGZB mechanical processing workshop production status,constructed to minimize the maximum completion time,the total delay time,total load machine and workshop total energy consumption as the goal model of flexible job-shop scheduling problem of non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm made some improvements,with the method of double coding respectively to encode process and machine,aiming at the problem of poor population diversity and easy to fall into local optimum,the adaptive hybrid crossover and mutation method and the improved elite retention strategy were adopted to improve the population diversity and the efficiency of the algorithm,and then the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved algorithm were verified by casestudy.Through the investigation and collection of production data related to SGZB machining workshop of Petrochina,the production data of the scheduling cycle was imported into the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,through analytic hierarchy process to determine the most satisfactory scheduling scheme,and the workshop scheduling prototype system was developed by using Matlab.
