| Barium slag is a toxic solid waste and has not been properly treated at present.A large amount of barium slag is piled up,which seriously harms the environment and causes a huge waste of land resources.Research on the treatment of barium slag is mainly concentrated in the field of building materials preparation,but due to the toxicity of barium slag,its use is more restrictive,and the barium resources are not recovered,causing waste.Guizhou is a major province of barium chemical industry.The problem of barium slag accumulation is serious,which seriously hinders the development of enterprises.The harmless treatment and utilization of barium slag is imminent.This paper adopts the method of beneficiation to study the comprehensive recovery and utilization of the barium resources in the barium slag to solve the environmental pollution of the barium slag and to recover the barium in it.Taking the barium slag of a chemical plant in Guizhou as the research object,on the basis of the study of the properties of the barium slag,the barium slag shaker re-selection test,the barium slag flotation test,and the barium slag acid leaching-leaching solution to prepare barium sulfate test research,Barium slag acid leaching residue flotation test and research on the mechanism of barium slag flotation.The experimental study of barium slag shaker gravity separation shows that the barium content in the fine-grained barium slag is higher than that in the coarse-grained barium slag.It is difficult to effectively recover the barium in the barium slag through one shaker sorting.Barium slag direct flotation under the best flotation roughing conditions,through one roughing,the flotation index of 54.40%flotation concentrate grade and 62.90%recovery rate can be obtained.The experimental study on the open-circuit flow of barium slag flotation shows that multiple selections cannot effectively improve the concentrate grade.The screening test of barium slag flotation tailings shows that flotation only has a small enrichment effect on fine-grained barium-containing minerals.The experimental study of barium slag acid leaching-leaching solution to prepare barium sulfate shows that under the best acid leaching conditions,the leaching rate of Ba2+reaches 38.88%,accounting for 90.30%of the soluble barium salt.A barium sulfate product with a barium sulfate content of 95.55%was obtained.The acid-soluble barium recovery rate was 86.28%,and the total barium recovery rate was 37.15%.On the basis of barium slag leaching residue flotation roughing conditions and open circuit test,through the flotation closed circuit test of one roughing,four beneficiation,and two sweeping,the concentrate grade is 85.38%,the recovery rate is 69.35%,and the total barium The recovery rate is 38.67%of the flotation index.The quality of the concentrate meets the raw material quality requirements for industrial barium carbonate production.Using the combined process of hydrochloric acid leaching and leaching residue flotation,the comprehensive recovery rate of barium in the barium slag is75.82%,and the reduction of barium slag is 68.11%.Research on the effect of flotation reagents and inevitable ions on the flotation of barite and quartz shows that when the p H is 8,the collection performance of oleic acid on barite is higher than that of quartz.The high concentration of barium ions consumes a lot of oleate and inhibits barite.Calcium and magnesium ions have a strong inhibitory effect on barite,but they can effectively activate quartz,resulting in very similar floatability between the two,making flotation separation difficult.This is the reason for the large amount of reagent and poor flotation effect when barium slag is directly flotation. |
