With the continuous improvement of China's market economy,the national economy is developing rapidly.Guizhou HX Glass Co.,Ltd.is a typical representative of bottle glass manufacturing enterprises in Southwest China.This research takes Guizhou HX Glass Co.,Ltd.as the research object,through the way of theory and practice,using the theoretical methods and tools of management science to analyze and summarize the internal and external favorable and unfavorable factors of the enterprise,and carry out the analysis and research,focusing on avoiding risks and selecting suitable for the healthy development of the enterprise In order to enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise and make the enterprise develop healthily and rapidly,this paper puts forward a new competitive strategy.This paper uses the methods of literature research,case analysis,on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey to understand the basic situation of the research enterprise,then analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise's competitive strategy,and finally formulates the competitive strategy and implements the strategic guarantee.Specifically speaking,first of all,the paper reviews the literature and theoretical knowledge related to competitive strategy,analyzes the external environment of Guizhou HX Glass Co.,Ltd.from the international and domestic situation,economic and social development,resources and energy,technical basis and other aspects by using PEST analysis method and five forces model,and obtains the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise through EFE matrix evaluation;analyzes the enterprise by using value chain model Finally,SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix(Quantitative strategic planning model)are used to analyze and formulate the competitive strategy suitable for the case enterprise.Finally,the implementation scheme of differentiation strategy is put forward,and the guarantee countermeasures for the implementation of competitive strategy are designed.Through the evaluation of EFE matrix and IEF matrix,we know that the opportunity of Guizhou HX Glass Co.,Ltd.is more obvious than the threat,and the advantage is more obvious than the disadvantage.It can be concluded that the growth strategy can seize the opportunity and promote the rapid development of the enterprise to a certain extent.In order to select the competitive strategy scientifically,this paper obtains the analysis results of strategic plan through QSPM matrix analysis:low cost strategy: 5.88,differentiation strategy: 6.54,centralization strategy: 5.75.Therefore,the differentiation strategy has become the preferred strategic type of HX Company's development strategy.
