Research On The Financial Impact Of Resource Tax Reform On Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd

The reform of resource tax reflects the continuous improvement of China's tax system.After the reform of resource tax,the pricing mechanism has gradually taken shape and the relationship between prices and taxes has become closer.In terms of environmental protection,the resource tax reform reflects the scarcity of non-renewable resources,and enterprises pay more attention to the utilization and development of non-renewable resources.This paper mainly takes Shenhua Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Shenhua Energy)as the research object to study the financial impact of resource tax reform on enterprises.Shenhua Energy is a large-scale comprehensive energy enterprise in China,whose main business is the production and sales of coal.The resource tax involved is mainly coal resource tax,so this paper studies the impact of resource tax on enterprise finance from the perspective of coal resource tax.In this paper,through theoretical research combined with financial data analysis,mainly based on the relevant basic theory,policy basis and company financial data,the impact of resource tax reform on Shenhua energy tax and fee structure,tax burden and profit are analyzed.From the specific payment of corporate taxes and fees,resource tax reform has a great impact on Shenhua's energy tax and fee structure.Before the resource tax reform,the proportion of resource tax was low.After the resource tax reform,the proportion of resource tax gradually increased,and the impact on enterprises gradually emerged;From the comparative data of resource tax burden rate,it is concluded that the implementation of ad valorem taxation embodies the principle of quantity and energy burden,and the tax burden of coal enterprises is obviously reduced under the situation of sluggish coal industry.When the coal market gradually warmed up,the coal sales price gradually increased,and the resource tax burden rate also gradually increased;From the data of operating income,operating cost and operating income in the income statement,it is concluded that the tax burden of resource tax increases after the resource tax reform,and the resource tax is included in the "business tax and surcharges",thus increasing the total cost of enterprises.The resource tax reform makes the resource tax increase,and the profit level of enterprises will decline to a certain extent.However,due to the clean-up of mineral resources compensation fees,price adjustment funds and various charging funds set up by local governments in violation of regulations on mineral resources,the total operating costs and non-operating expenses of enterprises will be reduced,and the total profits will be increased.According to the relevant analysis of the financial impact of resource tax reform on Shenhua Energy,the following suggestions are drawn: improve the mining rate of coal resources and extend the industrial chain of coal products;Strengthen the ability of accounting,make full use of tax policy to reduce tax;Diversify business,make full use of Internet means,develop and utilize new projects to promote the development of enterprises;Scientific pricing,coal and electricity jointly negotiated pricing,with the help of the futures market to determine the market price;We will strengthen cooperation with foreign coal enterprises and encourage them to go global.Combined with the actual operation of the enterprise,this paper analyzes the financial data related to the resource tax,analyzes the impact of the resource tax reform on the finance of the enterprise,and puts forward optimization suggestions for the development of the enterprise.Meanwhile,it also provides corresponding suggestions for other enterprises of similar scale,which has certain reference value.
