This dissertation takes the steel skeleton welding production line as the research object,analyzes its welding forming process,and conducts research on modular standardized design methods.At the same time,the core equipment is designed for closed stirrup devices,automatic welding devices and automatic feeding devices,and coordinated through wireless networks.The control substation of the device.The steel frame production line designed in this dissertation is still at the forefront in China,and it is a new exploration of green building and building industrialization in the field of construction engineering.The key technologies such as the combined forming of longitudinal and stirrups and the automatic welding of the skeleton are proposed to realize the high-precision forming of the steel skeleton in the factory.A Zig Bee network is set up between each device in the production line to transmit information between each device.There is no need to build physical lines and lay cables,and it can realize remote maintenance,and the network can be expanded without expanding wiring.The design is based on multi-station control of the welded and formed steel framework,which creates favorable conditions for the automatic processing and efficient installation of typical steel frameworks such as beams,columns and wall panels.Breaking through the production technology and equipment bottlenecks that restrict the large-scale development of prefabricated buildings and realizing the industrialized production of prefabricated steel skeletons can not only improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity,but also increase on-site installation efficiency and ensure construction quality,resulting in significant social benefits.
