| Along with the layout of aluminum industry "North aluminum moves south,East aluminum moves west" development,large-scale and high density electrolytic aluminum load will be connected to the southeast Yunnan power grid,resulting in the aggravation of the tide of some sections of the power grid,the possible stability problems after the failure of key equipment,and the incommodity of power grid scheduling.In order to analyze the impact of large-scale electrolytic aluminum load access on the grid stability problem and study related control measures to improve the grid regulation capability of the load side of the weak receiver grid for auxiliary voltage regulation,this paper conducts relevant study,such as electrolytic aluminum load’s model based its external characteristics,the stability of power grid in southeast Yunnan and measures after large-scale aluminum load accessed,and the study of voltage regulate by aluminum load,the main work is as follows.Since the electrolytic aluminum load has different external characteristics from t he conventional load models such as constant impedance,constant current,constant power and electric motor,if the conventional load models are used to model the ele ctrolytic aluminum load,the simulation results may be distorted.Firstly,this paper s tudys the external characteristics of the electrolytic aluminum load,the key points o f the internal production process,wiring structure,and analyzes the control of the st abilization system,the key parameters which can accurately reflect the external char acteristics of the electrolytic aluminum load.At the same time,this paper model the electrolytic aluminum load based on the relevant parameters in the simulation softwa re PSD-BPA.Then,this paper analyze the stability problems of the southeast Yunnan power grid after the large-scale electrolytic aluminum load is connected.The simulation res ults show there maybe three questions:thermal stability and voltage stability questio ns of power grid when critical equipment failure,the high risk of power grid black out,and the decreased power supply reliability.Afterwards,based on the related stability problems,this paper develops technica l measures such as stability control measures,low-frequency/low-voltage load sheddi ng,accidental power restriction and orderly power consumption plan,tidal current c ontrol,DC back down,electromagnetic ring network break,and management measur es such as strengthening equipment operation and maintenance and reactive power m anagement,taking into account key factors such as electrolytic aluminum rectifier ov ercurrent protection,rectifier system harmonic effects and actual grid conditions.Finally,based on study for current stabilization system of electrolytic aluminu m,this paper proposes a strategy for the electrolytic aluminum load to participate inthe voltage auxiliary regulation of the power grid,so that the regulation of the po wer grid voltage by the electrolytic aluminum load under the action of the current s tabilization system can be changed from negative regulation to positive regulation. |
