Shengli oilfield power network is a large e nterprise which serves for oil production in oil field,in recent years,with the rapid development of oilfield production,city residents consumption increased rapidly,electricity load continues to hit record highs,since 2010 load has been for four consecutive years breakthrough 100 Million kilowatt.Because of the limitation of 220 k V four angle ring(high internal load and lack of connection with external power supply),the N-1 and N-2 are in the condition of severe overload.It is possible that the wire of a load of overload can be burned off,causing a large area of load shedding and even the possibility of a power grid collapse.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the construction of the power grid stability control system,and to establish the second defense line of the Shengli oilfield power network.According to the actual operating condition of Shengli O ilfield Power Network and current status of domestic security and stability control device.220 k V four angle ring network model of Shengli O il F ield,N-1 and N-2 over load conditions of power grid are analyzed by using the power flow calculation and analysis.And select the safety and stability control device for the Sheng li power grid,Complete installation location selection and wiring scheme,Set up two sets Fixed value of winter and summer according to the operation of the power grid.at the same time,the analysis of the load characteristics,setting load shedding rounds of the device,to take measures to avoid the wrong cut,finally improve and perfect the stable control device management.Install the SSC510 o verload coupling device serises in jiu feng chang substation yan zhen substation and xin gu substation,constitute safety and stability control device for shengli oilfield.Emergency control of power grid frequency,voltage,and the main transformer or tie line for extreme emergency,when the 220 k V system overload occurs,according to the load shedding rounds,in order to automatically remove part of the middle and low voltage line load,elimination of equipment overheating risk,to avoid greater system accident,so as to ensure the oil production and other important power load is not affected.The stability control device is the "firewall" of the oil field power grid.
