The electrical parameters in the process of ammunition explosion have gradually attracted widespread attention,and the explosive plasma concentration is one of the important indicators to characterize its electrical parameters.Therefore,the test of the plasma concentration parameter has become one of the problems that need to be solved urgently;Based on the analysis of plasma microwave Rayleigh scattering characteristics,the theoretical analysis,experimental verification and other methods were used to study the concentration of microwave plasma Rayleigh scattering method for measuring explosive plasma:This article first analyzes the significance and background of the research,and compares and analyzes common plasma test methods.The application scope of different test methods is obtained,and the applicability of various methods to the explosive plasma concentration test is analyzed.Based on this,microwave Rayleigh scattering method was used to test the concentration of explosive plasma.Secondly,the generation process of explosive plasma and related characteristic parameters were studied,including the concentration range and duration of the plasma,which provided parameter support and constraint conditions for the research of the test system.The test principle is studied,including the principle of electromagnetic wave propagation,Rayleigh scattering principle and microwave Rayleigh scattering principle,and the test principle for measuring the density of explosive plasma is given.Then,on the basis of the above research,specific research and construction of each component of the test system for measuring the density of explosive plasma by microwave Rayleigh scattering method are carried out.After that,the test and verification experiments of explosive plasma were carried out.The density of the plasma generated by the 2.7g passivated black cord gold explosion in the open charge device was1024-1025/m3.analysis.Based on the comprehensive error analysis results,the explosive plasma density obtained from the test satisfies the reference value given in the reference.Finally,the full text is summarized.The microwave Rayleigh scattering test system designed in this paper can successfully measure the density of explosive plasma,which can provide reference for subsequent research.
