Design Of Equivalent Test System For Explosive Devices

By analyzing the triggering process of pyrotechnics,this paper focuses on the load test,pyrotechnic equivalents and the collection of triggering parameters,and designs set instruction delivery,equipment communication,triggering voltage and triggering current acquisition,timing analysis,leakage current Pyrotechnic equivalent test system integrating monitoring and load testing.It solves the problem that the traditional pyrotechnic equivalent testing equipment only performs a single test on the triggering sequence,triggering voltage and current,and cannot systematically grasp the triggering state of the pyrotechnics.Using the principle of modular design,the hardware circuit of the pyrotechnics equivalent test system is divided into main control and Gigabit Ethernet communication module,load test module,switch output module,pyrotechnics monitoring module,RS-422 communication module,Power supply detection module and power supply management module.According to the data,instructions and status transmission content between the host computer and the equivalent device,in order to facilitate data processing,data frame,command frame and status frame are designed;According to the resistance and fusing properties of the pyrotechnic bridge wire,the equivalent method of adding a 1 Ω resistance and a fuse is designed;in order to solve the common ground problem between the circuits,the A 100 kΩ resistance is added between the ground wire of the 12-way pyrotechnic product and the collection ground;two 220 u F capacitors are used in parallel to be equivalent to 20 22 u F capacitors in parallel;in order to detect whether the charging voltage of the energy storage element and the triggering voltage of the pyrotechnic product jump The threshold value method and the variation judgment method are designed to make logical judgments.Finally,the functional verification of the pyrotechnics equivalent test system is carried out.The test results show that the load measurement error is less than 10%,the switching command output is reliable,the triggering voltage and current acquisition accuracy of the pyrotechnics reaches 0.5%,and the timing analysis error is less than ±5% ms,the functions of access detection,leakage monitoring,RS422 data transmission and reception,and power supply output are normal.This equivalent test system can meet the requirements of pyrotechnic triggering test.
