| With the increase of the global population,the liberalization of the two-child policy and the continuous improvement of living standards,people’s health awareness has been continuously enhanced,and the demand for green medical and health care has gradually increased.Traditional textiles can no longer meet the demand.It is very necessary to develop new environmentally friendly and functional products.Wormwood,as a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,has been fully recognized in the medical field.It is a good way to broaden the application of wormwood by preparing wormwood viscose spunlace nonwoven composite material.Firstly,the wormwood extract was directly post-finished on the viscose spunlace nonwoven material by the dipping method.The surface morphology,element,chemical structure and other parameters of the nonwoven material before and after finishing were analyzed by SEM,FTIR,and XPS etc.The results showed that,the wormwood extract was successfully applied on the surface of the viscose spunlace nonwoven material.By exploring the influence of roll pressure,adhesive concentration and wormwood extract concentration on the prepared viscose spunlace nonwoven material thickness,air permeability,flexural rigidity,tensile breaking strength and antibacterial properties,it can be found that,when the WPU concentration is 50 g/L,the wormwood extract is 10 g/L,and the roll pressure is 0.1Mpa,the finished non-woven material has a good antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus with a width of the inhibition zone of 2.38 mm.At this time,the air permeability is 1779.6 mm/s,the thickness is 0.642 mm,and the flexural stiffness in the vertical and horizontal directions are 10.751 and 8.786 m N?cm,respectively.Secondly,using sodium alginate and calcium chloride as the wall material,the wormwood extract as the core material,the wormwood extract microcapsules were prepared by the orifice-coagulation bath method.The surface morphology,yield,coating rate and slow release performance of the obtained microcapsules were studied by SEM,FTIR etc.When the mass fraction of wormwood extract is 5%,the yield is66.17%,the coating rate is 98.15%,and the sustained release time is as long as 350 h.The prepared wormwood extract microcapsules were applied on the surface of the viscose spunlace nonwoven material,and the effects of the microcapsule finishing process on the thickness,air permeability,bending stiffness and antibacterial properties of the nonwoven were analyzed.The results show that when the content of wormwood extract in the microcapsules is 3%,the coating rate of the microcapsules is the highest with a higher yield and longer release time.Meanwhile,the air permeability of the obtained viscose spunlace nonwoven material is 1234.6 mm/s and the thickness is 0.746 mm,which has an excellent inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus. |
