Research On The Construction Of Cross-regional Logistics Information System In Guiyang Tobacco Logistics Center

Under the background of china’s economic growth mode changing from high-speed to high-quality development,the logistics efficiency of the tobacco industry has entered the bottleneck stage,and the distribution mode of the logistics administrative area of the traditional tobacco commercial enterprises has been quietly rising.However,under the new model,the logistics information system commonly used by tobacco commercial enterprises can not meet the development needs of cigarette cross-regional logistics and distribution.The problems of the extension,adaptability and development of the logistics information system of tobacco commercial enterprises are becoming more and more prominent,which restricts the transformation of the tobacco logistics industry to be efficient,intelligent and modern.This paper is based on Guiyang Tobacco Company Cigarette Logistics and Distribution Center(the following referred to as Guiyang Tobacco Logistics Center)in the implementation of cigarette cross-regional logistics and distribution model in the background of the cross-regional logistics information system to build a study.First of all,the current situation of cigarette logistics information system at home and abroad,domestic regional logistics,foreign regional logistics,foreign cigarette logistics information management is studied,and the relevant theories are expounded.Then,the background status quo of Guiyang Tobacco Logistics Center and its cross-regional distribution mode is introduced,and the outstanding contradictions of cross-regional logistics distribution can not be satisfied with the current logistics information system,and the problems to be solved are sorted out.Then,the needs of cross-regional logistics information system are analyzed,the distribution process is designed,and the existing related business is optimized.Then,the idea of constructing a unified cross-regional logistics information system scheme is put forward,and a new design and construction of cross-regional logistics information system is carried out from the aspects of overall structure,technical structure and functional module design.The integration of distribution order system,WMS system,sorting system,logistics and distribution subsysys system,in-transit information system and logistics information system is also constructed and studied.Finally,the application promotion and safeguard measures are put forward for the research results.
