| Since the reform and opening up,with the improvement of the economic quality requirements in China,the ecological environment damage has gradually become prominent.Comrade Xi Jinping,who was Secretary of the Zhejiang provincial Party committee,once put forward the concept of "beautiful scenery and green hills",which is the development concept of Jinshan Yinshan(Economic Development).In December 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of "developing green water and green hills,beautiful scenery of Jinshan and Yinshan" again at the conference on promoting ecological civilization construction.The development concept proposed by General Secretary Xi discussed the relationship between economic development and ecological environmental protection,and provided important theoretical support for the development of ecological economy and environmental governance.Green water and green mountain are not only the common wealth of society and people,but also an important guarantee to support the sustainable,stable and high-quality development of the economy.Therefore,to protect the green water and green mountains,we must vigorously develop ecological economy and strengthen environmental governance and protection.This paper analyzes the problems in environmental governance in the development of ecological economy in Jiutai district through the investigation of the ecological economy in Jiutai District,and puts forward the solution.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly describes the research background,literature review,significance and methods of regional ecological economic development;The second chapter is the definition of concept and theoretical basis,mainly introduces the concept of ecological economy,the relationship between ecology and economy,and expounds Marx,Engels’ ecological economy theory,spaceship theory,externality theory and sustainable development theory;The third chapter analyzes the status quo of ecological economic and environmental governance in Jiutai District,from the basis of the development of ecological economy,the specific situation of the development of ecological industry in Jiutai District,and the achievements of ecological economic development;The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems faced by the ecological economic and environmental governance in Jiutai District,and discusses the problems such as the weak consciousness of ecological protection of the people,the backward development of the enterprise’s ecological economy,the serious problem of environmental pollution control,the transfer of pollution to the countryside,the inadequate government leading role and insufficient supplementary policies and reserve security;The fifth chapter is to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the environmental governance of the Jiutai area eco-economic systems from the government level;Finally,the conclusion and prospect are put forward in chapter six. |
