As one of the three major economic zones in China,Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is facing the requirements of green and low-carbon development. The relationship between industrial development and environment is particularly important. The future industrial layout and development must be carried out under the constraints of lowcarbon rigid environment. How to coordinate the relationship between industrial development and carbon emission reduction is crucial. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the relationship between the two in terms of time and space. At the time level, the gray correlation method is used to explore the gray correlation degree between industrial development and carbon emissions, and to sort and compare them, and to get the specific situation at the time level. On the spatial level, based on the whole of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, calculate the carbon emission center and economic center of gravity of each industry, and use GIS to preliminarily analyze the relationship between the two, establish panel model to explore the relationship between carbon emission and industrial development in detail by regional industry and time.At the time level, the correlation between industrial development factors and carbon emissions is affected by the internal and regional factors. The economic growth of most industries in Beijing is not the main reason for the growth of carbon dioxide emissions. The grey correlation between carbon emissions and employees is greater than that between carbon emissions and output value and assets. The order of carbon emission and factors in most industries in Tianjin and Hebei is: number of employees, assets, output value. On the spatial level, through the analysis of the trajectory of carbon emission center and economic center of gravity,it is found that the economic center of gravity and carbon emission center of gravity move in the same direction in latitude and longitude except for a few years. The economic focus of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei industries mostly moves at the county level, while the carbon emission focus mostly moves at the city level. In the case of fixed time and individual industry, the optimal panel models of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are inconsistent. The proportion of industrial output value, the proportion of employees and the proportion of total energy consumption in Beijing will change by 1%,which will reduce carbon emissions by 1.15,increase by 0.15,and increase by 0.85 percentage points respectively;the proportion of industrial output value, the proportion of employees and the proportion of assets in Tianjin will change by 1%,which will cause carbon emissions respectively A decrease of 1.02,an increase of 0.46,an increase of 0.70 percentage points;a 1% change in the proportion of industrial output value, energy consumption, and assets in Hebei will reduce carbon emissions by 0.98,0.99,and 0.65 percentage points respectively. The carbon emission of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is indeed affected by different industries at different times. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei industries and environment.
