The environment of ore dressing production site is complex and changeable.There are some problems in the detection of pulp concentration,such as the uneven distribution of pulp particle size and pulp concentration.If the traditional pulp concentration detection instrument is used to measure,there will be large measurement errors.In order to overcome the shortcomings of existing pulp concentration detection instruments,based on the analysis of pulp concentration online detection technology at home and abroad,this paper studies and designs a new electronic pulp concentration detector,which can detect pulp concentration online.The basic principle of the electronic pulp concentration detector designed and researched in this paper is to calculate the concentration of pulp by measuring the weight of a certain volume of pulp.The electronic slurry concentration detector is mainly composed of a sampling device,a sample preparation device,a sensing device and a host.The sampling device is used to sample the pulp to be tested,and the collected slurry sample is sent to the sample preparation device;the sample preparation device stirs the sample evenly,and at the same time removes the mixed gas in the sample to ensure the representativeness of the pulp entering the measurement process.No air bubbles;the sensing device mainly includes a force sensor,measuring container,agitator,bracket,etc.,which measures the weight of a certain volume of ore pulp in real time,and continuously discharges after the measurement;the signal output by the force sensor is transmitted to the host,after signal amplification and A / D conversion,Filter processing,mathematical model calculation,etc.to obtain the density of the pulp,and then calculate the concentration of the pulp according to the relationship between the pulp concentration and density,and perform data display and concentration signal output.This paper studies and designs the host computer from two aspects: hardware system and software system.In terms of hardware system,STM32F107 microcontroller was selected as the core component of the slurry concentration detector,and a series of circuit designs were carried out,including: sensor circuit design,signal amplification circuit design,signal processing circuit design,A / D conversion circuit design,Current loop circuit design,single-chip system circuit design,human-computer interaction circuit design,external interface circuit design and PCB board design and development.In the aspect of software system,the architecture of software system is put forward,and initialization program,chip driver program,data filter program,calculation program,system management program,etc.are researched and developed.In this paper,an experimental prototype is made and the experimental research is carried out.The preliminary test results show that the electronic pulp concentration detector has the characteristics of small volume,low cost and high detection accuracy,which can be applied to online detection of pulp concentration in the beneficiation process.
