Research On The Main Shaft Load Characteristics Of A Combined Strong Magnetic Separator

Iron and steel industry has made important contributions for the rapid development of China's national economy.An important task of the national steel industry development is to separate iron ore economically and effectively.In recent years,a new type of high intensity magnetic separation machine has excellent application examples in many domestic largescale concentrator,because of its high-yield energy and consumption.In this paper,a new type of magnetic separator as research subjects,to study its spindle load characteristics for research purposes,we investigated the characteristics and distribution of the load of this new intensity magnetic separator in its idle state and work spindle.This paper analyzes the causes of the operating characteristics of strong magnetic separator and spindle load,analysis and calculated for strong magnetic separator spindle withstand several load,and discusses the impact of strong magnetic separator load.Then the author analyzes the strong magnetic separator spindle load cases with the help of instructors and other persons and verifies the results above.To know the exact distribution of the strong magnetic separator spindle stress and stress concentration state,this paper performed finite element analysis based on Ansys Workbench and Ansys Maxwell.We gets the type of internal stress of the strong magnetic separator spindle and variation strong magnetic separator suffered reluctance torque turntable.Finally,an experiment was carried out to verify the above analysis conclusions.In short,the paper studies the load characteristics of a strong magnetic separator spindle modern theory and practice through other channels,the results in favor of strong magnetic separator beneficiation operations running smoothly for a long time,and the study of forces of large iron parts under the rotating magnetic environment moving in a magnetic field is calculated with a certain significance.
