Polarization imaging technology can effectively extract features related to polarization scattering from samples composed of complex materials,and has a good application prospect for feature detection in optical non-intuitive imaging.The polarization modulation method has good compatibility with various optical systems and can be easily integrated into the detection scene.The existing polarization detection research is mainly applied to the single wavelength field,and the detection level of the detailed features is not enough.After combining with the spectral modulation,more abundant changes in the polarization characteristics under the influence of the spectrum can be obtained,so that the multi-dimensional detection research can greatly improve the detailed features for your ability.This paper firstly derives the polarization characteristic parameters from the Stokes parameters based on the classical polarization theory,uses the liquid crystal tunable filter LCTF to control the spectral band,and then uses the liquid crystal polarization modulation measurement method to achieve image data collection,based on the polarization spectrum multi-dimensional detection method.The hardware optical system is developed and the software is developed to realize automatic operation.Then,through image denoising and registration preprocessing,the influence of experimental environment error is reduced to improve the accuracy of polarization parameter calculation.Then,under the premise that the polarization parameters are calculated in each band,the difference of the parametric image spectrum is used to perform curve wave transformation on the parameter images in different spectral bands,and then merge through the local energy rules to highlight the image polarization spectrum characteristics.Finally,through the detection experiments on oocytes,oral cancer and cervical cancer cells,the resolution results confirm that the polarization spectrum multi-dimensional detection technology can reflect the various structure and material characteristics of biological tissues and has great advantages in depth feature detection.
