The rolling linear guide pair has a long service life and high reliability,and it is difficult to obtain reliability-related data in a short period of time.So,it is necessary to use accelerated test methods for research.The existing theory is derived from the relevant theories of rolling bearings combined with actual operating conditions.And there are few researches on related theories under accelerated stress.In view of the actual needs of the projects and existing problems,the reliability test method of guide rail pairs based on accelerated factors is studied,and the performance degradation data and life are analyzed,including the following contents:Based on Hertz contact theory,this paper analyzes the bearing performance of the guide from the aspects of theory and simulation.The rated life formula of the roller linear guide pair is revised from the point of contact stress by introducing the deformation coefficient related to the load.As a result,the modified life model and accelerated factor of reliability can be given.The accelerated test method for the reliability of the rolling linear guide pair is studied,specifically including determining the load,running speed and truncation time,the responses for possible failure modes.On the basis of the initial test,the performance detection scheme should be designed.As a result,the reliability accelerated test can be designed.From the perspective of degradation rate,the performance index that can be used to characterize the end of the guideway fatigue life is determined bythe collected performance degradation data and the guideway fatigue failure.In order to ensure that the failure mode and failure mechanism of the accelerated test and normal stress test are consistent,the friction and wear process of the guide pair is analyzed by using the recorded results of accelerated test.The failure mode and failure mechanism are analyzed by SEM from the perspective of surface morphology.According to the results of reliability accelerated test,the proposed accelerated model can be modified.As a result,the distribution form of deformation coefficient is obtained,and the calculation formula of accelerated factor under different stress can be given.This paper evaluates the reliability index of guide pair from Weibull distribution and fault hazard of guideway and clarify the application of adta analysis and model.
