The existing reliability theory has to be statistically analyzed through a large number of failure data.For products with high reliability and long life,such as rolling linear guide pair,it is difficult to obtain enough failure data within the allowed time.In order to solve this problem,a reliability analysis method which based on performance degradation is introduced to analyze the reliability of the guide rail pair.The performance degradation data of the guide rail pair contains a large amount of life information in the service process,which can be used for the reliability analysis of the guide rail pair.This paper studies the reliability analysis method of rolling linear guide rail pair based on performance degradation,including the following contents:According to the characteristics of performance degradation data,this paper studies the related methods of reliability analysis based on performance degradation,puts forward the general steps of performance degradation analysis suitable for rolling linear guide rail pair,puts forward the use of accelerated performance degradation test to collect degradation data,and gives the statistical inference method of sequential measurement data.In view of that choice of performance index directly influencing the build and analysis accuracy of the degradation model,this paper analyzed the related performance parameter of rolling linear guide rail pairs,designed the exploratory degradation test for each performance parameter,analyzed the degradation mechanism of various performance parameters,and compared the degradation trajectories and the distribution of degradation amount for the degradation data in the short term,and screened out the appropriate performance parameters for collection in the subsequent performance degradation test.Degradation reliability test is the basis for collecting performance degradation amount.In order to obtain abundant and reasonable degradation data,this paper collects a large amount of degradation data under the premise of ensuring the same failure mechanism through accelerated degradation test at low stress level,so as to provide a basis for the establishment of performance degradation reliability model.According to the test statistical performance degradation data,the rolling linear guide rail pair reliability model of various performance parameters was established.The failure distributions of different performance parameters are analyzed.The calculation function of reliability is obtained.Then the general process of reliability analysis through the performance data is provided.Finally,the reliability prediction model is established..
