| The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought greater pressure to the already strained labor market and has a great impact on the employment of university graduates.Although with the efforts of governments at all levels and the people of the whole country,the severe situation of the epidemic has been alleviated,economic development has been restored,and epidemic prevention has entered the post epidemic era,the repeated impact of the epidemic will inevitably lead to the reduction of personnel demand in enterprises,the severe situation of the employment market,and the surge of employment pressure on college graduates.It is expected that the number of college graduates will exceed 10 million in 2022,a record high.Whether the employment problem of college students can be properly solved is related to the future economic development level of the country.Promoting the employment of college students is an important measure to ensure the national living standard and improve the national well-being.Based on individual career management,this study explores the positive factors that can promote college students’ job search behavior.Using the method of questionnaire,this paper studies the influence mechanism of individual career management,school career management and perceived employability on job search behavior.Based on the revised personal career management questionnaire,the following conclusions are drawn through empirical research:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between individual career management,school career management,perceived employability and job seeking behavior;(2)Each dimension of individual career management(self-cognition,cognition of job seeking enterprises and career planning)has a significant positive predictive effect on job seeking behavior;(3)Perceived employability plays an intermediary role between individual career management and college students’ job search behavior;(4)School career management plays a moderating role in the impact of individual career management on perceived employability;The intermediary effect of perceived employability between individual career management and college students’ job search behavior is positively regulated by school career management.The research conclusions provide some ideas for the necessity of individual career management of college students and the training of talents in schools. |
