A Study On Recessive Patriotism Education Of College Students In The New Era

Patriotism is the core of the national spirit and the spiritual driving force for the Chinese people to safeguard national independence and national dignity.Carrying out patriotism education in the new era is an important force to unite the Chinese people and make unremitting efforts for the prosperity of the country.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at a forum for ideological and political teachers on March 18,2019 that the principle of "unity of eight aspects" should be adhered to to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses,and the unity of explicit education and implicit education is an important part of the "unity of eight aspects".The practice of patriotism education for college students in the new era is the unity of explicit education and implicit education.Explicit education is formal classroom education,and implicit education is a type of Ideological and political education carried out in social practice activities other than special ideological and political education,which is not the focus of educators（or even the clear perception of educators）.Explicit education and implicit education are interrelated,implicit and implicit.Implicit education is not limited by time and space,and affects college students’ patriotic feelings all-weather and all-round.Integrating implicit patriotism education into explicit classroom enhances the vividness of explicit patriotism education.Guided by Marxist theory,the hidden patriotism education of college students in the new era inherits the patriotic genes of China for more than 5000 years,such as safeguarding the country,worrying about the country and the people,benefiting the people and calming the people,giving priority to public affairs and private affairs,and Xiehe Wanbang.It is inspired by the hidden education ideas in excellent traditional cultures such as demonstration of personal education,introspection and cautious independence,and edification of social environment,The implicit learning theory of psychology is used to promote college students to form silent knowledge related to patriotism（silent knowledge refers to the knowledge that can not be expressed systematically but really exists in people’s mind）,as well as the potential curriculum theory of pedagogy,so as to explore the implicit patriotic education function of general courses,professional courses and practical courses.Strengthening the research on College Students’ implicit patriotism education in the new era can promote the implementation of the concept of all-round education in the whole process under the situation of great changes that have not been seen in a century,and play a role in strengthening the effect of explicit patriotism education.Based on the current situation of College Students’ Patriotism Education in the new era,the understanding of implicit patriotism education,the education of implicit patriotism education curriculum and the education of implicit patriotism education environment,877 college students from more than 10 colleges and universities were investigated.According to the survey results and data analysis,the following representative conclusions are formed.First of all,the exemplary behavior of advanced role models has an obvious patriotic demonstration effect on college students.The educational effect of practical activities such as military training,voluntary service and work study is prominent.Most students are increasingly influenced by a multi-dimensional patriotic atmosphere such as family,school and social environment.Secondly,the utilization of implicit educational resources,educators’ implicit educational consciousness and the planning of practical activities still need to be improved.Finally,we should make good use of patriotism education resources such as patriotism education base,patriotic ceremony and campus culture to create a good implicit patriotism education environment.Ideological and political courses should adhere to the way of theoretical indoctrination,enrich the expression of patriotic discourse,and implement the task of Building Morality and cultivating people,so as to adhere to the unity of explicit education and implicit education.We should also strengthen the implicit patriotism education in Ideological and political courses,so as to cultivate college students’ patriotism,ambition to strengthen the country The effect can match the purpose of serving the country.
