Abstract/Summary:
Research purpose: according to the physical and mental health status of college students during the normal epidemic prevention and control period,design a comprehensive sports intervention program,and explore the impact and efficacy of comprehensive sports intervention and fitness running intervention on the physical and mental health of college students.Research methods: the experimental subjects were recruited from the 2020 grade one students of Mudanjiang Normal University.38 subjects who met the experimental requirements were selected through questionnaire screening,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received 12 week comprehensive exercise intervention,and the control group received 12 week fitness running intervention.Before and after the experiment,the physical and mental health indicators of the two groups of subjects were tested,and the test data were statistically analyzed by spss25.0.Results:(1)before the experiment,the physical and mental health test data of the subjects in the experimental group and the control group were statistically compared,and the results were not statistically different(P > 0.05),which was feasible for the experiment.(2)The comparison of body shape between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment shows that the comprehensive exercise intervention has a significant effect on the weight and waist circumference of college students;Fitness running intervention has a significant effect on the reduction of body weight and body fat rate of college students.(3)The comparison of the physical function between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment shows that the comprehensive exercise intervention has a significant effect on improving the vital capacity of college students;The effect of fitness running intervention on the static heart rate of college students is better.(4)The comparison of physical fitness between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment shows that the comprehensive sports intervention has a significant effect on improving the flexibility and strength of college students;Fitness running intervention can improve the endurance and strength quality of college students.(5)The comparison of mental health between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment shows that the comprehensive exercise intervention has a good effect on Improving College Students’ obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity symptoms,depression symptoms,and anxiety symptoms.Although the other symptoms have decreased,there is no significant difference;Fitness running intervention has a significant effect on improving obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depressive symptoms and phobic symptoms of college students.
