As a phenomenon-level off-line game,"murder mistery game" has become a popular form of entertainment for most young people, the ritualistic "murder mistery game" includes two attributes: Sociality and emotion, which is also the basic reason why young people are fascinated by it.Through participatory observation, online ethnography and in-depth interviews with the players, this paper studies the symbolic transmission and emotional energy between the players of "murder mistery game" by using Collins’ s theory of interactive ritual chain. The study found that play-killing players’ real-life social behaviors are influenced by the interest-related groups established by their identity and shared interests.Through the production and spread of the special subculture symbol in the player group,it not only separates itself from the outside world, but also strengthens the cohesion of the group itself. In addition, the ritual interaction of the player group in the script killing game also influences the player’s individual present social behavior, such as establishing new social circle, enriching the leisure life style and understanding the social angle. The play becomes the "Opinion Square" where the players can "make a noise",and the free expression of opinions which are difficult to realize in the real society can be realized in the game. The social psychology behind the game reflects the players’ desire for the sense of identity and group belonging. However, the group revelry in the game world indirectly radiates the players’ cognition of the real world and the establishment of correct values. If the players are not regulated and restrained, the game’s ritual interaction may endanger their physical and mental health and moral bottom line.
